Att! Doesn’t work with iPhone! Doesn’t have c-USB (both sides) cable.

Doesn’t work with iPhone! Doesn’t have c-USB (both sides) cable. Looks like and advertised as PRO but essentially it is not professional.

Use a different cable to setup. Works after that.

I bought it a while ago and I had to use a different cable then the one they provide to set up the mic but once that was done it worked fine. I had to fix some software issues on my PC but the microphone worked as intended.

Out the box faulty cable

Connected randomly to my PC lots of noise and feedback. Checked online before sending back and tried another cable. Worked straight away. JLAB should be offering replacement cables. Brand new item potentially almost got sent back.

Awesome mic!

Awesome microphone although sometime's when i plug my headset into the microphone it start's playing static noise if there's any drivers for this please let me know

Question: How do I get it to work with Windows 11? It was wonderful with Windows 10, but after my laptop updated to Windows 11 it stopped working at all!
